Services Provided

AlphaSpace offers a range of real estate media services including, but not limited to, photography, videography, aerial drone captures, 3D virtual tours, and property measurements (collectively, “Services”). Our Services aim to assist real estate professionals, homeowners, and property managers in marketing their properties more effectively.

Use of Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Account Registration

Some aspects of our Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are suspected of being fraudulent or violate our Terms.

Restrictions

In using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of AlphaSpace or others.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All materials provided by AlphaSpace, including but not limited to photographs, videos, 3D tours, graphics, and virtual staging materials, are the proprietary property of AlphaSpace or our licensors. These materials are provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for the purpose of marketing your property. Any other use is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

User Content

You may be required to provide certain content or information (such as property details) for us to provide our Services (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you have the right to use all such User Content and to allow us to use it to provide the Services. You retain all rights to your User Content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the User Content in connection with providing the Services.

Fees and Payment

Services are provided at the rates agreed upon when you order services from AlphaSpace. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees. If services are canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds for services are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally only offered if AlphaSpace fails to provide the agreed-upon service.

Limitation of Liability

AlphaSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AlphaSpace operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
